At Wells Pool & Spa we stock trusted pool and spa brands to ensure you’re getting reliable, high-quality products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original components, packaging, and instructions.

  • Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or poor storage/handling.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, issue a refund using your original payment method.

Warranties

All products come with manufacturer warranties, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your item is faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period:

  • Contact us via email with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video where possible.

  • We will help you through the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.

  • In some cases, the manufacturer may need to inspect the item before approving a replacement or repair.
